i found the hotel very clean. the modern interior design impressed me. i appreciated the thoughtful extras in the room, including a shoe horn and a garment steamer. the reception staff seemed friendly and helpful.

the blackout curtains did not fully block out light. a small gap at the bottom allowed sunlight into the room

the room was modern and very clean. the staff was very kind and helpful. the rooftop with the heated pool has an very nice view.

nowhere to dry spa clothes was available in the room. i found the sauna and steam room felt neglected. nobody was around down there. the sauna and steam room were practically unusable.

the art room king was modern and well-equipped. I found the blackout curtains very effective at blocking light. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control.

the waiting time for the lifts could be a bit long during peak hours.

the rooftop pool offered fantastic views. a great rooftop bar allowed us to have a drink before dinner. customer service at the reception was quite good. i found battersea a trendy area, and the hotel is at the doorstep of a shopping centre.

our luggage experienced a delay of over an hour and a half. it seemed like they had lost it and were trying to find it. the luggage was later discovered in a different storage area. two staff members quoted different rates for extending the stay.

I found the location excellent, especially with the park located outside. Children enjoyed it. The rooftop infinity swimming pool was a real treat, perfect for a relaxing time. The reception staff offered friendly service, it was very helpful. I liked the thoughtful extras provided in the room, a garment steamer was available.

The heavy blackout curtains, though excellent, had a small gap at the bottom. A bit of sunlight still entered the room.

The location was convenient, close to key attractions. My room had thoughtful extras, including a garment steamer and shoe horn. I found the reception staff especially friendly and helpful . The rooftop bar provided an awesome experience.

The blackout curtains in my room did not completely block the sunlight due to a small gap at the bottom.
